Vegan sour cream

Make this tofu vegan sour cream within 2 minutes and the best part is: it only requires six ingredients! It's nut & gluten free as well. Goes super well with Mexican dishes and soup.

Ingrediënten
  

  • 1 package of silken tofu (300 gram)
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructies
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or mix with a handmixer until smooth.
  • Adjust to taste.
  • Serve with your favorite meals. I like it on a wrap, but also in soups.

Notities

Keeps well in the fridge for five days, although it's best within three days.
