Eeay creamy parsley dressing (vegan, gluten free)

This easy, super creamy and refreshing parsley dressing is whipped up within no time. And the best part: there’s only 5 ingredients in there! It’s great over salads, in a tortilla wrap, as dipping sauce and with so much more.

Ingrediënten
  

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 ml or 1 cup plant yoghurt unsweetened
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 limes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructies
 

  • Juice the lemons and remove the seeds from the jalapeño pepper. Use two peppers for more spice. The real heroes out there can obviously add the seeds to this dressing if they want.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender, food processor or hand blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy! If you leave it in the fridge in a closed jar for a night, it will be this kind of crème. I think this is very nice, but runny is perfect too.
